How do we communicate? Once a client signs a design contract, we will ask for your permission to communicate via text message. Once approval is given, our text number will be shared. These limited text messages will be for time-line and basic communications only. Our texting window will be during normal business hours between 9 AM – 5 PM. Message and data rates may apply depending on your service carrier. You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to our text message. HELP for help, or calling our office directly at 727-585-2803. You will then be added to our internal do-not-call list. Here at Lela Williams Interior Design, we will never send telemarketing, robocall or auto-dialer messages to our clients through text. Each text message will be specific to your current active job and details that need to be relayed. A record of all text activity, consent, and completed transactions will be maintained in our office.
What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with Lela Williams Interior Design and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. We will only collect your name, phone number, and email address if you complete the “contact us” form on our website or call our office directly.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? We do not process sensitive personal information while viewing our website. We may process sensitive personal information related to an approved job that’s under contract when necessary and with your consent.
How do you process my information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so with your permission.
In what situations and with which types of parties do we share personal information? We do not share information for any marketing or information sharing purposes. We may share contracted client information in specific situations with specific categories of third parties related to products, finishes, installations, permitting or merchandise purchased for your contracted job. We do not sell or share any personal data for third party usage without specific approval from the client.
How do we keep your information safe? We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
